Business Analyst - ADM

CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst - ADM position for our client.

Location: Grand Forks, ND

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define and prioritize product features.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping to shape business requirements.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Write high-quality user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.

Drive the creation of converged digital experiences across platforms, channels, and touchpoints.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate requirements effectively.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and user story writing skills.

Understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies.

Experience with customer journey mapping, market research, and competitive analysis.

Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.

Experience in digital solution delivery, preferably in B2B telecom or related domains.

Hands-on experience with Agile software development and product management practices.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
