Job Description

Responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly client performance reports using PARis system (a performance and attribution reporting system). Acquires data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting. Analyzes performance reports for accuracy and identifies discrepancies or reconciliation issues and works closely with the accounting team to find resolutions. Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they can act upon them and make data driven decisions. Facilitates the timely completion of client deliverables, portfolio evaluation and reporting. Additional responsibilities may include assistance in the Request for Proposals, contract process, or other work associated with servicing USBAM's complex institutional client base. Client contact is also part of the Insights & Reporting Analyst's role in assisting in the completion of service- and consulting-related tasks. The position provides an opportunity to gain broad exposure to a wide range of investment services at USBAM, and this role can provide an excellent career development path at USBAM.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

One to four years of data analysis experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Experience in financial services, with some knowledge financial services products, customers, transactions and interaction data

Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results for insights

Ability to data mine, analyze data, and present insights in a meaningful way

Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnership with Senior Business unit management, business partners and project sponsors, as well as communicate effectively with business, and development teams, end users, and product owners

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Strong organization and project management skills

Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00
