As the Marketing Technical Program Manager, you will lead and advance an accessibility program for digital direct sales and marketing technology, ensuring all customer-facing sites and internal tools meet global standards and regulatory requirements. This role drives business impact by embedding accessibility into every phase of our operations, enabling inclusive experiences for all users. You will partner with engineering, design, security, CELA, and business teams to deliver best-in-class solutions, champion continuous improvement, and create and leverage AI, automation, and data insights to optimize processes. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Microsoft Accessibility Standards (MAS), and the European Accessibility Act (EAA), while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion across the organization. You will have the opportunity to also take on non-accessibility projects to help advance AI solutions and assist with large scale initiatives.

Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program management driving complex projects with cross-team/cross-organization collaboration to execute, develop, and continuously improve the processes and strategy for external websites and internal tools' accessibility.
Identify and address program gaps by creating scalable solutions aligned to OKRs or SMART goals to make measurable impact reducing manual efforts by using AI or automation and creating new metrics that will expand feasibility of the program across Marketing teams.
Oversee vendor management to drive a salable and sustainable roadmap with measurable impact.
Champion accessibility in e-commerce, omnichannel, and direct sales experiences by collaborating with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver accessible customer journeys and employee tools.
Implement and enhance automation tools for accessibility tracking and reporting, building actionable dashboards and metrics.
Design and deliver accessibility training, office hours, and learning events to support self-serve and on-demand learning for teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance, resolve blockers, and communicate program impact.
Foster a culture of proactive accessibility and inclusion.
Define and monitor Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) technology/process improvement experience.
2+ years of demonstrated technical program management and advanced project management experience, including ownership of complex, multi-phase initiatives from planning through execution and delivery and experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
2+ years of experience in defining, monitoring, and reporting on Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
2+ years of experience collaborating with engineering, security, privacy, and accessibility teams to ensure alignment with policies and established processes.
2+ years of experience strategy planning and program/project roadmap creation.
2+ years experience with PMP, Six Sigma, project management lifecyle.
2+ years experience or working familiarity with global accessibility standards, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Microsoft Accessibility Standards (MAS), European Accessibility Act (EAA), and related security and privacy review processes.
2+ years experience championing continuous improvement, leveraging data insights to optimize processes and tools, and communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders through clear reporting and executive updates.
Marketing Technology IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
