Fluke is currently seeking a Global Product Marketing Specialist to support its portfolio of premium products. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, this role will collaborate heavily with the product teams and regional commercial teams.
The Global Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for uncovering customer and competitive insights that drive marketing action, delivering those findings cross-functionally, partnering with product managers to develop product roadmaps and customer buying journeys, creating marketing plans for new product introductions (NPIs), developing compelling messaging for the portfolio of products, coordinating with commercial & wider marketing stakeholders to align on marketing priorities across regions (EMEA, APAC, and the Americas), collaborating with marketing peers to develop assets and execute against campaigns, and generally acting as the product line and customer expert within marketing.
This hybrid position is based in Everett, WA.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, digital marketing, sales, etc.) to execute go-to-market plans.
Develop product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging that align with strategy and resonate with customers.
Create and deliver detailed marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of translated assets.
Conduct market and customer research to capture insights about customer needs and decision-making processes.
Create global marketing and sales collateral (one-pagers, datasheets, sales materials, web copy, etc.).
Track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with other Product Marketing Managers to leverage best practices and support product campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends to identify obstacles and opportunities.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong time and workload management skills.
Use data visualization tools (PowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau) to tell data-driven stories.
Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment with strong interpersonal skills.
Experiment and learn quickly from failures.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and storytelling.
Write copy with SEO and social media in mind.
Organize and retrieve data from multiple information systems.
Work flexibly across different time zones.
Travel up to 15%.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-3+ years of product or technical marketing experience in a B2B organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Broad understanding of various marketing strategies and campaign tactics.
Ability to interpret data and create data-driven campaign strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization.
Experience launching hardware and software products.
Background in quantitative and qualitative customer research.
Experience in a global marketing role with regional partners in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
Technical content writing experience.
