Our client, a leading organization in the financial sectors, is seeking a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Administrative Support team supporting senior leadership across multiple divisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strong sense of discretion, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Laurel, Maryland

Job Type: Contract to hire

Pay Range: $30-36/hr

What's the Job?

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.

Assist in preparing and editing high-level presentation materials and reports for internal and Board meetings.

Manage divisional budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial variance reports.

Coordinate logistics for leadership travel, training, and external engagements.

Support strategic planning sessions and assist in gathering data and preparing reports for key initiatives.

What's Needed?

Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.

Minimum of five (5) years supporting senior-level executives, preferably across multiple divisions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise sound judgment.
