About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing people, processes, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Office Operations:

Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.

Ensure all office functions run efficiently and meet organizational standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Maintain Office Supplies and Equipment:

Oversee inventory and order office supplies as needed.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.

Implement and Maintain Office Policies and Procedures:

Develop and enforce office policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Train staff on updated procedures and best practices.

Continuously review and improve operational workflows.

Requirements

1+ year of office management experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
