Job Overview We are seeking a creative and driven Administrative Assistant with Social Media and Marketing experience to join our local company. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrative Assistant and also have experience with executing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create compelling content tailored for different social media channels including text, images, and videos.

Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach.

Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to promote products or services effectively.

Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools and techniques.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.

Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.

Knowledge of SEO strategies to improve online visibility.

Experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce initiatives.

Excellent research skills to identify trends and insights relevant to target audiences.

Ability to create engaging advertising content that resonates with diverse demographics.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on storytelling through digital mediums.

A passion for staying ahead in the fast-paced world of social media and digital marketing.

Previous Administrative Assistant experience is required.
