Entry Level Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

We are hiring entry-level warehouse workers for a seasonal project running through mid-February.

Pay: $17/hr (days) or $18/hr (nights) | Weekly Pay | Lots of Overtime Available (expect about 20+ hours OT weeky)

Contract Duration: Start ASAP - ends mid February 2026

Shifts:

Night Shift: 7 pm-7 am (Top priority)

Day Shift: 7am -7pm

7 days a week/12 hour days after Black Friday -- end of December/early January, expect the schedule to change back to a 40 hr/week schedule

Expect extensive overtime

Time off includes Christmas Eve (half day) and Christmas Day

Responsibilities

Pack products into coolers and label containers accurately

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Inspect products, packaging, and dry ice for cleanliness and damage

Weigh and pack dry ice into coolers, rejecting defective pieces

Apply correct shipping labels based on delivery method

Perform quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and well-presented

Correct packing errors and document them

Maintain a pace of inspecting 75 coolers per hour

Meet attendance and punctuality expectations

Required Skills

Packing and labeling

Loading and unloading

RF scanner operation

Order picking and fulfillment

Assembly and production

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Able to follow instructions accurately

Minimum 3 months of general warehouse experience

Familiarity with inventory, pallet jacks, and order picking

Work Environment

Work takes place in a large warehouse with conveyor belts and fast-moving products. Most areas are room temperature, but some work may occur in freezer sections.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
