Organization & Team Overview
Comcast's Keystone Region Marketing organization blends creativity, strategy, and data to shape how we connect with customers. As a college intern, you'll dive into real-world projects-from analyzing competitive trends and visualizing subscriber data to support high-impact campaigns and events. You'll gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, event execution, product engagement, and storytelling, while building skills in public speaking, reporting, and campaign planning.
By turning insights into action, you will help guide smarter marketing decisions, support product launches, and amplify the impact of regional campaigns and events. Our work directly supports subscriber growth, brand loyalty, and innovation across the organization.
You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team made up of marketing strategists, data analysts and event planners. Role Description

As a Marketing Intern on our Keystone team, you'll gain hands-on experience across four core areas of marketing: competitive intelligence, events, operations, and product support. You'll contribute directly to strategic planning, gain exposure to a wide range of marketing functions, and work alongside a high-performing team.
In your role, you'll dive into some fascinating problems, like predicting subscriber loss by modeling the impact of competitor fiber builds and the emerging FWA industry. You'll tackle the age-old marketing puzzle of proving event value, a fun challenge that lets you build a real ROI tracking system. Best of all, you'll help build a future-focused team by finding and implementing new AI-driven tools, leaving a lasting impact on our operations.
You will make a tangible impact by helping to predict market threats, enhancing event ROI with new tech, and optimizing key operational processes. Their contributions will directly inform strategic decisions and help the team become more data-driven, efficient, and successful.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Competitive Intelligence & Analysis : Gather and analyze market data from various sources. You'll prepare and present summarized findings on competitor performance and potential threats.
Data Visualization & Reporting : Assist in building and maintaining dynamic dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into subscriber and product trends.
Event Management & ROI: Support marketing events by developing a structured approach to track and measure event ROI, and research new tools to streamline feedback and reporting processes.
Marketing Operations: Assist with the coordination and pre-planning of a major marketing campaign, including managing collateral, and developing engaging video content.
Product Support: Help with product program engagement, track attendance for calls, and participate in training sessions to strengthen public speaking and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Excel: You are comfortable building and managing complex spreadsheets to support financial and operational models.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university
Rising Junior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2027 - Spring 2028)
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 1 through August 14, 2026
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
