The Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as a Cybersecurity Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our intelligence systems. We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who can navigate the complexities of cybersecurity in an ever-evolving threat landscape.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and architectures for intelligence systems.

Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other relevant security standards.

Lead security engineering initiatives, including vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and security testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle.

Provide expert guidance on security best practices and emerging threats to the program team.

Mentor and coach team members on cybersecurity principles and practices.

Conduct regular security reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks.

Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and methodologies

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on intelligence systems.

CISSP certification.

TS/SCI clearance w/ poly

Desired:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. - Experience with cloud security, microservices architecture, and DevSecOps practices.

Experience identifying security KPIs and developing dashboards

Knowledge of AI/ML security considerations and their application in intelligence systems.

Proven track record of leading security initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$120,800 - $265,800
