Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the support team assisting client and field members primarily through call center operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Franklin, WI

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm

What's the Job?

Support client and field members with issues related to the consumer website and mobile app, including login, registration, password, navigation, and content questions.

Deliver a distinctive client experience efficiently and effectively.

Provide solutions to inquiries, take ownership of calls, and proactively address potential future issues to minimize repeat contacts.

Serve as a trusted advocate for Financial Representatives, partnering with them to meet client needs.

Educate clients and representatives on self-service capabilities and develop professional relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center operations.

Strong communication and de-escalation skills.

Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.

Proficiency in keyboarding and computer skills with high accuracy and efficiency.
