If so, Makino wants you on our Customer Support team! What You\'ll Do: Be the main contact on-site: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Makino machines at customer facilities. Train users and share your technical know-how. Bridge the gap between Makino and our customers as the front-line expert. Document your work with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with our Customer Support tech systems and Knowledge Products team. What You Bring: Strong mechanical aptitude-experience with motors, drives, transformers, and machine tools is a big plus. Hands-on troubleshooting skills and a tech-savvy mindset. Experience in machine tool installation, maintenance, or repair (preferred). A valid driver\'s license and readiness for regional travel. Sharp communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. A cool head under pressure and a positive, professional attitude. Qualifications: 2-year technical degree in Electrical/Automation OR 1+ year hands-on experience in a related field. Manufacturing experience via internship, co-op, or job is a big plus. Why Makino?
