Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Program Executive OFC INTEG Warfare System of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE IWS. The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze. Responsibilities You will serve as a management advisor to address a wide variety of interrelated subject matter. You will developpe and implement program requirements. You will develop and implement improvement and efficiency strategies for programing, budgeting and procurement. You will identify and facilitate potential solutions and evaluate technical, cost, and schedule for implementation for each solution. You will perform program reviews and recommend improvements to production. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector generating reports and records to determine appropriate changes or corrective actions for program improvements and deficiencies. Education Additional Information This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-04 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. This position has a control point; thus the salary range may be capped at GS-15, step 05, which is equivalent to $189,950. If you're current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Additional vacancies may be filled by this announcement. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
