Summary You will serve as an IT PROGRAM MANAGER in the Information Management and Technology Department of PEO UNDERSEA WARFARE SYSTEMS. This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 752 Cyber Policy and Strategy Planner/ 801 Program Manager/ 802 IT Project Manager, proficiency level Intermediate. The incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies. Responsibilities You will serve as the Information Assurance Manager (IAM) lending authoritative expertise to manager all information technology (IT) applications for Team SUBS. You will control the organization's Information Security Program to protect against cyber threats, data breaches, and to prepare for future disaster recovery. You will Develops strategic planning activities, IT operational customer support services, Clinger-Cohen compliance efforts, System Certification and Accreditation, and the Information Management and Information Technology competency standards. you will represent Team SUBS Program Offices in oversight of Navy Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) or successor platform contractor/service providers to define requirements and identify/resolve operational issues. You will coordinates and oversees the requirements and full life-cycle of NMCI services through Service Management, Account Management, Device Management, Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity Coordination, and Network Operations Coordination. You will oversee project selection, prioritization, evaluation and monitoring, cost schedule management, rist management, quality management and resource allocations. You will develop innovative programs for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Team SUBS systems, networks, and data as well as plan and implement IT security program initiatives in respose to both routine and critical security alerts. You will serve as a technical authority to other experts and matrix teams for various IT Projects. You will draft policies, strategies, and scoping documents for each project, detailing what must be done to deliver the output on time and within allotted budget. You will provide guidance, objective definitions, set priorities, and direct scheduling for long and short-term strategies and plans. You will gather, analyze, process, and document user requirements by communicating with the customers and by evaluating application software, write summary analysis, assemments, and conclusions for feasibility and decision making. You will provide project selection, prioritization, evaluation, monitoring, cost schedule management, quality management, and resource allocation for a myriad of IT contracts. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating mastery of, and skill in applying information systems cybersecurity principles and concepts that interrelate multiple IT disciplines.
