?Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of at-risk youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an Executive Administrative Assistant at Childhelp, Alice C. Tyler Village in Lignum, Virginia?

Childhelp is a psychiatric residential treatment facility that specializes in the treatment of children aged 5-14 with mild to severe trauma or neglect, psychiatric disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Our unique location on a 270-acre farm provides a nurturing treatment setting with a variety of therapy resources. We bring the light of love and healing into the lives of countless abused and neglected children, and those suffering from psychiatric and behavioral disorders. We take a holistic approach to serving our children along with meeting their physical, emotional and educational needs. Pay: $50,000-$55,000 dependent upon education and experience.

What you will do: The Executive Administrative Assistant works as a staff member of the Administrative Office team and provides assistance to the designated supervisor and other site departments and employees. Primarily responsible to ensure administrative office procedures are in compliance with ROP standards. Performs all secretarial and administrative duties for designated management. Handles general daily office activities for including but not limited to: correspondence, reporting, file maintenance, scheduling and conducting tours, collecting KPI data, provides support for internal audits and correction of deficienes identified in auditing The Executive Administrative Assistant reports to the Program Director and/or other designated supervisor. This position may supervise other positions.

To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred ~ At least five years of prior experience in an administrative assistant position. ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Office hours
