About The Smith

The Smith is an extremely popular casual neighborhood brasserie - in fact, several of our locations are among the Top 100 busiest restaurants in the US! The menu features bistro classics, seasonal fare, and craft cocktails. Our signature lively atmosphere makes The Smith a versatile setting for an after-work bite, drinks on the town, a birthday bash, a working lunch, a bountiful brunch, or an I-don't-want-to-cook-tonight night.

The Position: Dishwasher

Ensure that dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and cooking utensils and place them in racks through dish machine. Sort and stack clean dishes. Change dishwater when needed. Wash necessary items by hand. Remove trash and garbage. Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions. Wipe up any spills to ensure that kitchen floors remain dry.
