About the Role:

Join Mister Sparky of New Haven as a Residential Electrical Safety Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our valued customers. This exciting position combines your electrical expertise with a passion for helping homeowners enhance their electrical safety. Be part of a team that prioritizes quality service and customer care!

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough electrical safety inspections in residential properties.

Provide expert recommendations for electrical upgrades and repairs.

Educate homeowners on electrical safety best practices.

Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings.

Collaborate with electricians to implement safety solutions.

Stay updated on the latest electrical codes and safety regulations.

Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.

Assist in training new staff on safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential electrical work or safety advising.

Valid electrician's license or certification is preferred.

Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
