? What You'll Do

?? Collaborate with a supportive team in a clean, high-tech environment.

?? Read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.

?? Assemble electro-mechanical components, cables, and wire harnesses using tools like crimpers and wire strippers.

?? Perform point-to-point wiring and equipment installations with precision.

? Maintain productivity and quality standards while keeping your workspace organized and safe.

?? Document work accurately in production and quality forms.

?? Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance (company will assist if required).

?? What We're Looking For

Experience in assembly, production, or similar hands-on work.

Comfortable using hand tools and working with mechanical or electrical components.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or diagrams.

Bonus: Experience with electronics, soldering, fiber optics, or cable assembly.

Certifications like WHMA/IPC-A-620 or IPC-A-610 are a plus (or willingness to obtain).

2+ years of assembly experience preferred.

High School diploma required; technical or electronics training is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
