As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents. This armed post requires a valid armed guard card or license. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using appropriate judgment and communication skills.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal procedures.

Collaborate with site personnel and local law enforcement as required in emergency situations and/or during incidents.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a valid armed guard card or license.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
