JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThe Vice President of IT &
Transformation for U.S. AutoForce is a strategic and visionary
technology leader responsible for shaping and executing the division\'s
IT roadmap. This executive will be a visionary for digital
transformation initiatives, modernize core systems, and drive innovation
to support business growth, operational excellence, and customer
experience. Reporting directly to the Corporate CIO, this role is the
top IT leader for the U.S. AutoForce division and a key member of both
the enterprise IT and U.S. AutoForce division leadership teams. The U.S.
AutoForce eCommerce, WMS, and EDI/Integration IT teams will report
directly to this individual. About U.S. AutoForce With over 70 years of
industry leadership, U.S. AutoForce is a premier distributor of tires,
undercar parts, and lubricants, serving independent tire retailers,
repair shops, and automotive dealerships. Operating 67 distribution
centers across 47 states, we are committed to delivering exceptional
service and value to our customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic
Leadership & Partnership: Define and execute the IT strategy for U.S.
AutoForce by fostering strong strategic partnerships and building
bridges between the division and enterprise. Align technology
initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring collaboration across
teams to drive long-term growth and shared success. Technology
Transformation: Spearhead the adoption of artificial intelligence and
digital solutions to position U.S. AutoForce at the forefront of
industry innovation. Drive the modernization of core platforms-including
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), CRM, and warehouse automation-by
strategically integrating AI to optimize operations, unlock new
efficiencies, and deliver superior customer experiences. Ensure seamless
integration of IT systems across all business functions, establishing a
benchmark for technology leadership in the distribution sector. Change
Visionary: Serve as a change visionary, leveraging a strong business
mindset and deep technology expertise to inspire alignment, champion
organizational adoption, and lead transformative change across the
division and enterprise. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with
executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology can
unlock business value, particularly in areas like demand planning,
