As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a major manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon05:00 AM - 09:00 AM

Sat05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Sun05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as suspicious behavior or security-related breaches, to the appropriate personnel.

Assist employees, visitors, and contractors by providing guidance and information related to site policies and procedures.

Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
