Job Title: Security Guard

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to protect property against damage, fire, theft, and unauthorized entry. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our premises through regular inspections and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Guard property against damage, fire, theft, and unauthorized entry.

Conduct periodic rounds of buildings and grounds, examining doors, windows, and gates for security.

Enforce regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Warn or evict individuals in the event of infractions.

Interview guests and employees to detect and investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, and incidents.

Report irregularities to management.

Provide assistance to accident victims and handle emergencies.

Lift and move equipment or individuals, and pursue and apprehend unauthorized persons when necessary.

Assist management and law enforcement officials in emergency situations.

Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.

Report all accidents and injuries promptly.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Participate in regular safety meetings, training, and hazard assessments.

Apply OSHA and related local safety requirements to all work.

Attend designated training programs.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills

Ability to provide clear directions and respond accordingly.

Basic phone and computer skills (email, texting, etc.).

Attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent management and organizational skills.

Ability to work well both alone and in a team.

Driver's License required.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
