Job Title: Document Custodian Vault Analyst

Location: Buffalo, New York

Job Description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Document Custodian Vault Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain customer documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Filing and scanning newly created customer folders.

Organizing and placing folders on designated shelving.

Ensuring compliance with document handling and security protocols.

Supporting vault operations and assisting with audits as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Education/Experience relevant to Document Custodian Vault Analyst role.

Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.

Background check completed (mandatory).

No conflicts of interest or personal relationships with individuals at M&T.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in document management or vault operations.

Familiarity with scanning systems and filing procedures.

Additional Skills:

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer proficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
