Description

Join a local and growing team as a Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Clerk! We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality

Prepare outbound shipments, verifying order details and packaging requirements

Communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics

Maintain organized records of inventory, shipments, and receipts

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly

Translate essential documentation and instructions between English and Spanish

Ensure compliance with safety, shipping, and receiving protocols

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred

Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs

Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets)
