What will the work look like for me?

We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing teams in Brookings, Sioux Falls, and Redwood Falls. In this role, you will:

Serve as the initial point of contact for Daktronics by warmly welcoming visitors and establishing a positive first impression.

Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external contacts.

Communicate with team members, visitors, and staff via phone, video, and in-person.

Respond to administrative requests from leadership.

Complete tasks accurately and on time by following established procedures.

Work reliably during scheduled hours, with some flexibility in start and end times.

Qualifications

To be considered for Administrative Assistant, we require the following:

Bachelor's degree required.

Accurate keyboarding skills required.?

Highly detail oriented, well organized, energetic, self-motivated, and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Previous experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Proven capability to learn new programs.

Demonstrated experience managing your time well, working in a collaborative way, shifting gears comfortably, and working with little supervision.

Ability to accurately follow work instructions, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently or collaboratively on a team.

Flexibility to adjust hours or work overtime as business need dictates.

Fluent in English, written and verbal.
