Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 3rd shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd shift Forklift Operator

Location: Decatur, AL

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What's the Job?

Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse

Assist in loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies

Perform routine safety checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Support team members in daily warehouse operations to meet productivity goals

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2+ years of forklift operating experience

Valid forklift certification (credential requirements: 100041, 100035)

Ability to work overnight shifts consistently

Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols

Good communication and teamwork skills
