Commercial Carpenters - Experience Preferred, Motivation Required

If you already have commercial carpentry experience, that's a huge plus-but if you're eager to learn and willing to dive in, we're ready to train you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist Construction Foremen and Lead Carpenters in all aspects of the job.

Read and interpret plans to ensure precision and quality.

Contribute to a safe and collaborative jobsite through clear communication and teamwork.

Take pride in the finished product-because your work matters.

What You'll Need:

Commercial carpentry experience is highly preferred.

Willingness to cross-train in steel framing and expand your skillset.

Comfort working at varying heights and in outdoor weather conditions.

Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50-100 lbs consistently.

A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
