Responsibilities At the Full Performance, GS-13, you will: Provide expert project management for projects of high dollar value, national and military priority, environmental sensitivity, extraordinary urgency, or having similar requirements. Serve as a Program Manager (PM) for a program segment of work assigned to the Military/Support For Others (SFO) Branch. Assure the efficient, effective, and timely accomplishment and coordination of the planning, design and construction phases. Degree: Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in behavioral or social science, or related disciplines appropriate to the position, such as economics, management. OR B.
