We're seeking a mature, detail-oriented individual (ideally with life experience in administrative or trade-related fields) to support our operations. We'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily office tasks, including phone calls, scheduling, and coordinating electrical service appointments. - Handle sales inquiries, upsell additional services (like upgrades or generators), and close deals to support customer needs and business growth. - Order supplies, manage inventory, and liaise with suppliers and field technicians. - Deliver top-tier customer service, resolving inquiries and following up to exceed client expectations. - Maintain organized records and update client databases. - Assist the owner with bids, marketing, and other ad-hoc duties in our small, dynamic team. - Receive hands-on training and continuous support from the team as you integrate and take on more responsibilities.

Starting Pay and Benefits: $22-25 per hour to start, based on experience. Opportunities for performance-based raises (including sales incentives), plus paid sick leave. Ideal for mature individuals who value long-term stability, community impact, and a no-nonsense work environment.
