Job Description

This position involves sustaining, maintaining, and troubleshooting problems on equipment onsite. The role requires the ability to work independently and with a team to support equipment and maximize output using constraint management techniques. This position plays a critical role in the continuation and expansion of thermal management systems business.

Responsibilities

Sustain and maintain equipment onsite, with a focus on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Perform installation and service support to ensure efficient operations.

Maximize equipment output using constraint management techniques.

Train and cross-train team members to build a self-sustaining team.

Regularly work with dirty tools and hazardous materials.

Essential Skills

Good problem-solving ability.

Self-starter capable of managing own activities and supporting team activities.

Basic math skills.

Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience in service, maintenance, mechanics, vacuum systems, pumps, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associates degree preferred in technical, automotive/diesel, or related field.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Electro-mechanical experience required (2+ years).

Experience with schematics is a plus.

Experience with hand tools/power tools and multimeter preferred.

Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and team.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable in a clean room environment and with wearing a bunny suit.

Comfortable wearing a respirator and working in confined spaces.

Comfortable working with hazardous materials and chemicals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.75/hr.
