Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Circuit Card Assemblers (CCA) who are responsible and accountable for producing quality work to prescribed standards. The role focuses on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

Produce quality work to prescribed standards with a focus on continuous improvement.

Follow written work instructions and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures, including those governing the handling of materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment (WHMIS).

Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Participate in LEAN Events, 'Six S' activities, and action teams.

Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.

Perform entry-level assembly functions, which may include prep, mechanical, harness, cable, printed circuit board sub-assemblies, spray application, and inspection, typically working from models and/or drawings within Production.

Perform simple assemblies and hardware installation, such as screws, washers, nuts, and have a basic understanding of build documentation.

Perform pull-test, verify tooling, use torque tools, and have the ability to interpret and assemble multiple units in depth.

Basic troubleshooting.

Access production tools (routers, parts list, work instructions, etc.) and perform wire prep, auto bond, and sleeving.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnstown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
