Job Title: Fabrication Laborer

?Job Description

Join our team as a Fabrication Laborer, where you will contribute to creating innovative fiberglass structures. This role is part of our fabrication/finishing department, focusing on tasks such as packing, crating, drilling holes, applying handles, sealing product ends, and making angle cuts with a chop saw.

Responsibilities

Pack and crate fiberglass products.

Drill holes and apply handles to products.

Seal ends of products efficiently.

Make precise angle cuts with a chop saw.

Use nail guns, chop saws, drills, and other hand tools effectively.

Essential Skills

Ability to pass a tape measure test.

At least 3 months of production, construction, or manufacturing experience.

Experience with hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, tape measures, hammers, power drills, and nail guns.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical inclination is beneficial.

This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided for individuals who demonstrate the basic skills and a willingness to learn.

Work Environment

Work in a fiberglass environment where steel toe boots are mandatory. The dress code is casual, with jeans and t-shirts being suitable attire. Please note that the environment may feel itchy and have a strong odor, but it is well-maintained and clean.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
