As a Security Officer - Front Desk Concierge in Mount Pleasant, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a retail mall location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication as you manage guest access and respond to inquiries. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and vendors as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk or lobby area in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel as required.

Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Assist with visitor management processes, including issuing badges and maintaining visitor logs.

Support emergency response activities by following site protocols and providing information or assistance to first responders.

Communicate clearly and professionally with all individuals entering or exiting the location.

Document and report any suspicious activity or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
