JOB SUMMARY:

The level 1 Command Center Team Member is responsible for delivering and tying on threads to the embroidery machines. They are also responsible for collecting threads throughout the department, unpacking, and stocking new threads and returning thread to the thread storage shelves. This person will also sort and box pieces that have been rejected by quality control.

COMPENSATION: The hourly pay range reflects the actual compensation that Ahead, LLC; the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. The final offer will be determined by a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.

$15.50 - $16.50 per hour

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :

Collect dings from the command center.

Sort dings in the correct boxes.

Deliver thread to embroidery machines.

Tie thread onto the embroidery machines.

Collect thread from the embroidery machines.

Restock threads onto the shelves in the thread area.

Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Ability to follow verbal directions.

Ability to read instructions in English.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

Attention to detail.

Strong computer skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED.

Manufacturing experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to move around the facility.

Ability to bend, reach, kneel and crouch.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Exposure to moderate noise level.

VISION REQUIREMENT:

Close and distance vision.

Color vision.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:

Closed toe footwear is required when entering the Production Floor.

SCHEDULE:

3:30 pm - 12:00 am Monday - Friday with Overtime (during the week) as required.
