As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol Driver in Front Royal, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As an Allied Universal Professional Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol designated areas at a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. This unarmed, primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license as you conduct routine patrols and interact with clients and visitors. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service and communication, all while embodying Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and protocols, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to maintain order and address issues as they arise.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter potential issues and observe any unusual activity.

Observe and report any irregularities or incidents, documenting findings and communicating with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as required.

Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and assisting with visitor management when necessary.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to uphold a secure environment and contribute to the overall mission of Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Primarily driving post is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
