Location: Ashburn, VA | Pay Rate: $28.18/hr | Schedule: FT/Mon-Fri (7am - 4pm)

At PDS Tech Commercial, we support cutting-edge manufacturing operations by providing top-tier technical and administrative talent. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to play a critical role in maintaining smooth, efficient operations within our technical services team. In this role, you'll support internal teams, coordinate with field technicians, and help drive the success of our data-driven processes that automate tasks such as image classification, speech recognition, and market forecasting. Your work will keep projects on track and ensure outstanding service delivery.

What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner

Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain accurate scheduling records

Provide administrative support to project managers and technical staff

Assist with tracking and documenting workflow and performance metrics

Organize and maintain digital and physical files

Support general office operations and communications

Help coordinate internal and external communications across teams

What You'll Bring - Qualifications

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred:

Previous administrative or dispatching experience, especially in a technical or manufacturing environment

Experience working with scheduling or workforce management tools

Comfort working alongside technical teams and understanding of basic tech terminology

Pay Details: $28.18 per hour
