Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing HR functions, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. This role involves handling benefits administration and supporting HR systems to maintain efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Oversee onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into their roles.

Administer benefit programs, ensuring employees have access to accurate and timely information.

Support HR systems and maintain accurate records in HRIS platforms.

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including documentation and compliance.

Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate training sessions to promote skill development within the organization.

Collaborate with other departments to address staffing needs and organizational goals.

Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve processes and employee satisfaction. Requirements - Proven experience in employee relations and handling workplace concerns.

Strong knowledge of HR administration and related processes.

Familiarity with onboarding procedures and strategies.

Experience managing benefit programs and addressing employee inquiries.

Proficiency in HRIS platforms and maintaining HR data integrity.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
