Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, TECHNICAL OPERATIONS & PRODUCT SUPPORT DIVISION of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Responsibilities You will formulate budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets. You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Mastery level knowledge of financial systems including Navy Enterprise Resource Planning and Program and Budget Information System; 2) Mastery of the concepts, principles, practices, laws and regulations of budgeting and/or financing; 3) Mastery level financial knowledge of the planning, formulation, and execution of program's resource and budget requirements. GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Intensive Knowledge of financial systems including Enterprise Resource Planning; 2) Intensive Knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, laws and regulations of budgeting and/or finance; 3) Intensive Knowledge of the planning, formulation, and execution of program's resource and budget requirements.
