Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Test Technician to join our team. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, correcting, and documenting wiring and functional problems according to wiring diagrams and test procedures. The technician will work on proto@type models as per engineering instructions and interface with production and engineering personnel to address nonconformance issues. The role includes programming and testing PLCs for load step applications, setting up electronic components, developing test simulations, and assisting in training new testers. The technician will also perform final inspections on tested units and promote a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Test, troubleshoot, and document wiring and functional problems.

Test proto@type models according to engineering instructions.

Interface with production and engineering personnel to address nonconformance issues.

Program and test PLCs used in load step applications.

Set up electronic components and protective circuits as per test specifications.

Develop and build test simulations for engineering.

Assist in training new testers in test techniques and equipment operation.

Perform final inspection operations on all tested units.

Promote a safe work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

This is a Permanent position based out of Solon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $54080.00/yr.
