Key Responsibilities

Prepare and consolidate financial statements; ensure accuracy of accounting data.

Perform month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Analyze accounts and resolve discrepancies; maintain ledgers and subsidiary accounts.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Assist with audits and maintain internal controls.

Provide accounting support for inventory and product pricing.

Handle daily accounting operations:

Support Accounts payable/receivable and cash receipts.Customer collections and bank reconciliations.

Monitor and report on financial performance; recommend cost-saving and profit-improvement strategies.

Participate in setting and reviewing standard costs; analyze variances.

Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

Strong analytical ability.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
