Adminstrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to act as the central point of contact for test-related activities and document updates across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders from multiple functions, including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, IT, quoting, and quality. The primary responsibility will be coordinating updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Policy Letters to align with the CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) framework.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the central point of contact for test-related activities and document updates.

Coordinate with document owners, technical staff, and business leaders to ensure timely updates.

Maintain alignment with project goals and organizational standards.

Support cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills (required).

Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.

Work Environment & Details

Duration: 6 months (potential extension to 10 months).

Flexible start date: Immediate.

Reports to: Project Manager.

This is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
