The Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, measuring a comprehensive culture strategy that aligns with DCYF mission, vision, and values. The role is responsible for ensuring DCYF culture is inclusive, engaging, and supportive-across the entire employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure the organization delivers a positive, inclusive, and high-performance environment that aligns with DCYF values and strategic goals.
The incumbent will have expertise in organization development and culture transformation, and employee development, with the ability to create values-driven workplace systems and processes.
Responsibilities include:
Design, implement, and evolve the organization's culture strategy and framework in alignment with mission, values, and strategic priorities.
Oversee initiatives and activities that support the breadth of the DCYF employee lifecycle.
Build and implement a comprehensive leadership development framework that reinforces the desired culture and equips leaders to lead through complexity and change.
Minimum Qualifications

Four (4) years of experience designing, implementing, measuring organizational change management. Experience must include:
Developing learning initiatives by aligning learning strategies to organization strategic goals while conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps, foster a culture of continuous learning, tracking progress and regularly evaluating the effectiveness of initiative to adjust as needed.
Analyzing data, conducting data planning, assess learning program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Driving organizational change management by identifying the need for change, clearly defining the desired outcome and creating comprehensive communication plans, monitor the progress and solidifying the new practices within a company culture.
Training or certification in project management tools or methodologies, including using project management tools (e.g. Gantt charts, communication plans, task tracking and project plans, etc.).

Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organization development or another related field.
