Description

The Administrative Coordinator for Behavioral Health provides administrative support for the Outpatient practices of the Neurophysiologists and the staff Psychiatrist. This includes scheduling outpatient appointments, insurance verification and authorization, data entry regarding billing, data gathering, statistical report preparation, and management of medical records. This position includes extensive patient contact with people who have experienced traumatic brain injury and requires exceptional people skills.

Age-Related Competencies: Position requires interface with adults and geriatric patients. Requires ability to work with persons with acquired brain injury.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

General office experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
