We are offering an exciting opportunity with a renowned professional consulting services company that specializes in various fields such as planning, engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, project management, and project economics for infrastructure and facilities projects. With over 22,000 employees and operations in more than 410 locations across North America and six continents internationally, we are seeking a dedicated candidate to support office administrative duties as the busy season approaches.

Responsibilities

Perform extensive data entry tasks.

Engage in client communication to ensure effective service delivery.

Update and maintain files with accuracy.

Scan documents and manage digital records.

Cross-reference data to ensure accuracy.

Learn and utilize new software programs efficiently.

Essential Skills

A minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience.

Proficiency in data entry and order entry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.

Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and customers.

Self-directed with strong time management skills.

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and basic data processing.

Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual skills are a plus.

Work Environment

This position is based in a professional office environment located in Petaluma, with a business casual dress code. The standard shift is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Petaluma, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.50/hr.
