Accounting Support Specialist

Location: Redding, California

Pay: $22/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM (flexible lunch break)

What You'll Do

Process incoming and outgoing mail-focus on checks and invoices.

Investigate returned checks-connect with clients and resolve address issues.

Keep records organized-log invoices, scan checks, and maintain digital files.

Prepare deposit reports-communicate with accounting and ensure documentation is complete.

Safeguard financial documents-follow strict confidentiality and compliance protocols.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redding, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
