As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in El Dorado, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will maintain a strong and visible presence throughout the facility, provide clear communication, and deliver outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Fri05:30 PM - 05:30 AM

Sat05:30 PM - 05:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards encountered during patrols.

Collaborate with site staff and/or management to support the security-related needs of the location.

Document daily activities, observations, and/or incidents in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
