Location: Newington, CT

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We're seeking a reliable Material Handler - Receiving to support warehouse operations at a global manufacturer in Newington, CT. This role focuses on receiving, material handling, and parts movement between buildings to support production. Candidates should be organized, safety-minded, and experienced with forklifts and basic ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

Unload and inspect incoming shipments.

Process goods receipts and maintain records in SAP **.

Pull and deliver parts using forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts.

Label, unpack, and stock materials on shelves.

Maintain inventory accuracy and 5S organization.

Work safely and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and forklift experience required.

Ability to lift up to** 50 lbs regularly.

Prior shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
