AI/ML Developer - Full Stack
We're seeking an experienced AI/ML Full Stack Developer to design and deploy intelligent systems that drive real business impact. You'll work with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, build and fine-tune models using PyTorch or TensorFlow, and manage the full AI lifecycle-from data engineering to deployment. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of full stack development, 1-3 years of Machine Learning experience, cloud expertise in Azure or AWS, and knowledge of data pipelines and vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI systems that enhance operational efficiency and create competitive differentiation.
Collaborate with the Director of AI/ML, architects, and business units to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
Partner with IT and operations teams to identify, develop, and implement automation and AI opportunities.
Gather and translate requirements from stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
Proto@type, test, and scale AI-powered applications and proof-of-concepts that improve workflows in EPC and utility contracting environments.
Develop and fine-tune models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow; deploy via Azure ML, MLflow, or AWS Sagemaker.
Leverage LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate software development and enhance decision support tools.
Build and manage data pipelines and ETL workflows to collect, clean, and transform enterprise data from systems such as Spectrum, Prophix, and EcoSys.
Integrate AI microservices into ERP systems and dashboards (e.g., Primavera P6, Incorta) to drive data-driven insights.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for @contextualized AI applications.
Manage the ML lifecycle, including monitoring, retraining, optimization, and ensuring model reliability and security.
Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and vendors to accelerate deployment and adoption.
Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure business impact and guide continuous improvement.
Foster collaboration across field, corporate, and IT teams to embed AI into daily operations.
Perform other duties as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years in full stack software development and AI/ML engineering.
1-3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models.
5-10 years of experience with major cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable).
Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent preferred
MLOps or Data Engineering certifications preferred
Programming: Proficiency in Python, object-oriented programming (OOP), modular design, and test-driven development (TDD).
AI/ML Frameworks: Expertise in PyTorch and/or TensorFlow for model development, training, and deployment.
LLMs & Tools: Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and other large language model APIs.
Cloud & MLOps: Skilled in Azure ML, MLflow, or AWS SageMaker for model deployment and lifecycle management.
Data Engineering: Strong skills with SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL workflows, data pipelines, and tools like Apache Airflow and Apache Spark.
Vector Databases & RAG: Experience with Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate for retrieval-augmented generation and @contextual AI.
Advanced AI Techniques: Proficiency in fine-tuning, parameter-efficient tuning (PEFT), transfer learning, low-rank adaptation (LoRA), reinforcement learning, and RAG pipelines.
Enterprise Systems : Familiarity with Spectrum, HCSS, Oragami, Prophix, Onestream, Power BI, Cozys, Primavera P6, Incorta, or Bid2Win.
Data Analysis: Ability to perform model evaluation, statistical analysis, and data visualization to assess performance and business impact.
