The First Impression Specialist/Office Assistant is responsible for answering inquires and obtaining information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties. Also, provides information regarding activities conducted at establishment; location of departments, offices, and employees within organization. The ideal candidate would be: proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 6 months to 1 year of related experience Travel: None Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performs daily switchboard operations and excellent guest/customer services. Maintains employee contact information databases. Greets persons entering establishment, determines nature/purpose of visit, and contacts internal person and directs them to the appropriate destination. Manages switchboard afterhours services. Maintains parking/pass information and guidelines. Maintains company fob processes. Maintains the Service Binder along with communicating changes to the overnight answering service. Transmits information or documents to internal and external customers, using computer or mail. Provides general information about organization such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided. Provides excellent customer service to vendors, internal, and external customers. Provides administrative assistance to Management, Supervisors, or branch/group personnel. Processes miscellaneous paperwork, invoices, and reports as needed. Types, compiles, and completes miscellaneous documents/processes that support the team. Serves as main contact for reception and phones. Serves as back up for all incoming and outgoing mail processing and distribution. Assists with meeting and event preparation and setup, and take down as required. Assists with coordination of FTI community/employee events. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Actively participates in Faith\'s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
