As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and a visible presence at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior of the business and the surrounding perimeter.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the proper authorities and Allied Universal management.

Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials as required, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.

Support the enforcement of site-specific policies and procedures to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

Provide information and assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors as necessary while maintaining a visible presence throughout patrols.

Participate in site-specific training and continuous professional development to remain prepared for emergency situations and evolving client needs.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
